A female juvenile great white shark image

Little lady

This young great white shark (Carcharodon carcharias) is one of the smallest females that I've seen at Guadalupe. While she was keeping her distance in this shot, she was curious enough to come in close a few times and was really fun to watch. The smaller, younger sharks often move around much quicker and more erratically than their larger, older counterparts, so they definitely liven things up at times.
